Our Memberships
Dear Customer, Thank you for your interest in Concierge Health. We are pleased to offer a membership-based medical practice designed to provide personalized, unrushed, and accessible healthcare. Our concierge model allows for longer visits, direct communication with your provider, and a proactive approach to your health and wellness.
Our membership options are outlined below:
Essential Concierge Care – $125/month or $1,350 annually
This membership includes same- or next-day appointments, extended office or telehealth visits, secure messaging with your provider, management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care planning, and specialist coordination and referrals. This option is ideal for individuals seeking consistent, relationship-based primary care.
Premier Concierge Care – $225/month or $2,400 annually
This membership includes everything in the Essential plan, plus unlimited telehealth visits, priority scheduling, an annual comprehensive wellness exam, chronic disease optimization, weight loss and metabolic health management, hormone evaluation and management for women and men, and enhanced follow-up and care coordination. This plan is designed for patients focused on long-term health, wellness, and prevention.
Elite Concierge & Lifestyle Medicine – $375/month or $4,000 annually
This membership includes everything in the Premier plan, plus direct provider access with priority response times, limited home or extended office visits annually, ongoing hormone replacement therapy management, concierge weight loss coaching with frequent check-ins, advanced preventive screening planning, travel-friendly care coordination, and prescription and lifestyle medicine support. This option is ideal for individuals who value high-touch, personalized medical care and convenience.
Additional services offered through Concierge Health include medically supervised weight loss programs, GLP-1 therapy management when appropriate, menopause and perimenopause care, testosterone optimization for men, and support for sleep, fatigue, mood, and metabolic health.
Please note that membership fees cover concierge access and care coordination. Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, and procedures are billed separately. Insurance may be used for eligible services when applicable. Memberships are limited to ensure each patient receives exceptional, personalized care.

Our Clinic Story
Most guests wear a towel or lightweight robe provided by the spa. For certain treatments, your therapist will guide you on what’s comfortable and appropriate.
We recommend booking ahead to ensure availability, especially for weekends and specialty treatments. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, unwind, and enjoy a calm transition into your session.
Yes. If you have heart conditions, respiratory concerns, high blood pressure, or are pregnant, please inform our staff so we can recommend the safest options.
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
